The C100 control head connects a helmet headset to a mobile radio, PA, and handle bar ptt switch. The microphone audio is controlled with a toggle switch. The user can chose between the radio, PA, or turn off the microphone. The second toggle switch controls the receive audio. The user can select the audio for the helmet speakers, turn off the speakers, or broadcast over the PA. Broadcasting the receive audio allows the user to send important radio transmissions over the PA. This feature is used for crowd control and emergency situations.
The C100R control head has all of the features of the C100. However, this unit adds the ability to record and playback the helmet microphone audio. The user never has to pull over to write down information.

The connector is one piece of nickel plated brass, and is encapsulated in heat shrink. The microphones can be either eletret or carbon output to meet your radio specs.
This handle bar switch is rugged and weather proof. It can be mounted to Harley Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, and BMW motorcycles. The ptt switch has a mechanical life of 500,000 cycles.
The body cord is an inline extension for headsets, speaker microphones, and radio interfaces. The connectors used are MIL spec quality. The male plug is one piece of nickel plated bass. The female jack has nickel plated beryllium copper contacts. Heat shrink is used at both connectors to help eliminate stress on the cable.
